Monet BB12 either the saboteur or ineligible?

After reviewing CBS Big Brother rules on elidgabil, ity, it looks like with Monet being on the CBS show Young and the Restless, she should not be eligible. They have made exceptions in the past for twists and so on, so it would be possible they are using her as the saboteur.

Here is a link to her winning the spot on Y/R and some other stuff. Well, what do you think? :)

Ross Mathews not doing the Big Brother Inside Dish show for BB12

So a bunch of the Big Brother BB12 fans are bummed out that Ross wasn't going to be doing the interviews this year. I wonder who did the pre-interviews, if there were any, to show at the end when they get evicted where they left a message to themselves, because that was funny. I guess CBS could come back to him and have him do the exit interviews still, but it is a bit late to put together something really interesting, so we'll see. Ross blogged and tweeted about it here:

Absolutely AMAZING Food Storage Analyzer - You must see this!

I was absolutely blown away with the new Food Storage Analyzer! There is no way to go into the detail here of everything you can do with it. You can calculate everything you have and need for your entire family based on age and calories. There is so much to do there, I would highly recommend you taking the time to check it out. You can make a login, but you don't have to. It will save your info and help you plan for emergencies and daily meal planning. It also allows you to plan your purchases to accomidate to meet your needs. This is a wonderful tool!

"The Analyzer allows you to calculate the estimated length of time your food storage will last based on age, gender and number of people (according to USRDA guidelines). It also includes current nutrition levels in your food supply, as well as helps you understand how to balance the nutrition with future additions.

The Food Storage Analyzer™ helps manage various types of food storage in one program. You can combine dehydrated food, freeze-dried food, wet-pack (canned food from the grocery store), MRE's (Meals Ready-to-Eat), "just add water" meals (such as Mountain House), and more. You can even enter your own custom products."

Re: True or False?

A foolish man you have shown yourself to be, Anthony Romero. I stand with you on issues to defend the constitution, and appreciate when you stand up for Americans on issues like the patriot act.

On this issue, how foolish of you to imply anyone should be allowed to roll on in and out of our country, yet to keep us "safe" they body scan us, and implement boarder security - for what, if anyone is permitted in anyway? If we go by what you are saying, we need to do away with anything documenting people as citizens, as that doesn't seem to matter to you.

What have our founders fought for if not a country? If it is just an area with no defined citizens, who did they defend? Don't get me wrong, I am not for Hitler's showing of the papers please, but we are all documented and there are rules to becoming a citizen. We celebrate those who become citizens and melt into this melting pot where color and origin don't matter anymore because we are all Americans!

Why do we have to be verified to schools, licensed, and so on, if boarder security and citizenship don't matter? It's because it does matter.

I believe the patriot act is a horrific attack on our constitution. I also will not fly until they stop the body scans, as if WE are the criminals - no, scan them coming in, not us! I understand the people who should be caused discomfort for our situation we are in are those who perpetrated it. NOT US! Do more about that!

Being a proud American means something to vets, patriots, and anyone who understands the lengths our founders went to to protect us from those who would love to infiltrate and take us over from within, as they are trying now, and as I hope you would not be a part of, or being a sick organization being used for their attacks upon us, as many are.

The strength of this country we live in is built on the foundation of bring a republic. Defend that!

To imply anyone can walk up and claim heir to our founders blood sweat and tears, in the land and republic they created giving freedom to our children is absurd and foolish.

Reconsider your folly before you lose more supporters. Unless you have an ulterior motive other than defending the constitution, you should easily see my point and act swiftly.

Your inaction will only prove you a fraud before us all.

I pray God brings light through your organization.
Take care,
"Wendy", a proud American <3

Dear Wendy,

True or False: The Constitution guarantees the fundamental rights and
civil liberties of every person in this country.

The answer is True. As the nation grapples with the issue of
immigration, we must remember this: The fundamental constitutional
protections of due process and equal protection embodied in our
Constitution and Bill of Rights apply to everyone within our borders,
regardless of citizenship status or how someone looks or sounds.

That's the American way. It's what the Constitution says. And it's
what the ACLU does: defend basic rights -- every day, all across
the country.

When we start carving out exceptions that exclude people from basic
constitutional protections, we undermine the Constitution itself.
That's exactly what Arizona's "show me your papers" law does. It
virtually compels police officers to single out and detain individuals
based upon racial stereotypes.

That's un-American. And the ACLU is pulling out all the stops to
prevent this dangerous law from taking effect.  In May, we were among
the first groups to file a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality
of the Arizona law.  We also filed a preliminary injunction to ensure
that the law will not be enacted until we have our day in court. With
our on-the-ground presence in Arizona, we are offering legal training
and outreach programs. And we're working to stop this dangerous
approach from spreading to other states.

Rush a donation now to help the ACLU challenge this un-American law, and stand up for the Constitution.

It's critical that those of us who value justice, due process and
equal treatment without exception stay in the forefront of this
battle.  And it's essential that we stand up for justice and equality
together.

It is in high-stakes, tension-filled situations such as this that
people's rights are either trampled on or re-affirmed. And it's in
moments like this that the ACLU depends most heavily on the
persistence of supporters like you.

Support the ACLU's all-out effort to make sure Arizona's racial profiling law never takes effect.

Thank you for standing with us.

Sincerely,

Anthony D. Romero
Executive Director
ACLU

P.S. Just yesterday, the Obama administration filed a vitally
important lawsuit challenging Arizona's racial profiling law.  By
taking this extraordinary action, the federal government has made
clear that it will not tolerate laws that invite racial stereotyping
and profiling. We're pleased to have the administration fighting for
justice alongside the ACLU on this critical issue.
