"Rise Up" from "The Tea Party Movie" - Jeremy Hoop

Fire Reported At Foxconn » M.I.C Gadget

The incident occurred May 30th 2010, the factory where the iPhone is made in China has had a rash of suicides and then this fire. I found out about it while researching on the article I posted a little bit ago. I hadn't heard about this and then I saw the China govt. was blocking the info. from being reported on. I still am not sure why so many are killing themselves, but one recent death was a worker who expressed his depression and fatigue over the work environment and so on, allegedly. I am still looking into everything, feel free to post any links you may find, there are more articles on the site I am posting here where I learned of this tragedy. Pray for the families to be comforted.

Fire Reported At Foxconn » M.I.C Gadget: "According to Hong Kong media report, the fire broke out at one of the main computer assembly plant, which produces Apple computer, mobile phones, manufacture of industrial robots, and mold for electronic products. The cause of the fire is unknown, and it was extinguished in half an hour with the help of heavy rain at the time. When other workers noticed about the incident, they were worried they can’t escape in time, because most of the windows have protecting fence now to prevent suicide jumps.

The fire broke out news has not been reported by any Chinese media. They were requested by the government and authorities to stay low profile on Foxconn’s news. Only several micro-blogs have postings on this. In the meantime, only press from Hong Kong and Taiwan are waiting outside the factory, to wait for the latest news.

China - Out maneuvering the world economic collapse, outsmarting the US, and you help back it! (Just buy an iPhone)

Hyperinflation, coming soon! Brought to you, by YOU!
BUY MADE in USA!

Peter Schiff was a guest on Fast Money:

Schiff speaks of American inflation because of the Chinese Yuan currency appreciation. China is a production economy, not an export economy. A production economy is something America used to have.

China speaks of NOT financing out deficit. Then who will finance our deficit? We are in real trouble if we do not shape up financially ASAP!
We could be looking at hyperinflation soon if we do not correct the financial woes, or once the dollar starts to reflect its true value, we will feel the pain via hyperinflation.

The iPhone is actually assembled in China, so consider the way we have shifted the economic scales in their favor with the new iPhone craze. I am not saying I would not buy one, I am saying we need to push our corporations to invest in "American made". We are financing our collapse by shifting our money elsewhere, while China makes money on our debt. It is like a credit card company.

Another consideration for China's currency valuation could be due to the agreements being made with Russia over mineral and oil in Siberia. This is a HUGE deal and there are allegedly massive amounts of the stuff. On a side note, BP was NOT one of the many oil companies in on this deal, which was done up well before the accident. I have a post I have been working on that I will post soon with many links for you about the issues like this going on in China.

"iPhone 4 is designed in California, made by Korea and Taiwan, and assembled in China"

$ ~ Swagbucks.- Another way to earn prizes and money while online doing what you already are doing!

Swagbucks is a search engine, rewarding you for using it, as opposed to other search engines that make money from advertisers and while you do all the "work", they rake in the cash to throw ads in your face, bog down your web surfing, and frankly irritate the crap out of most people. Well, if you join swagbucks, at least you are rewarded for using their search engine. They recently reduced the amount you are rewarded, by using larger denomination rewards so we think we are getting more, but in all reality it seems to be more a way to incrementally award us in fractional amounts. Still it is a fun and eady way to earn free stuff, and I highly recommend it. By joinging with my link, I am awarded a smaller fraction of points, but it does NOT affect your earnings. Actually last I checked you get a bonus of a few swagbucks for using my link. I would hate for you to become aware of the program, then not use my link, and then I would miss out on all the points I am trying to earn by posting this. So please be sure to use my link only and leave a comment if you need help, or if you do sign up so I can keep 'em honest.
(Just click any of the above text, I made it a huge clickable link for you so it is very easy!)

So far I have won several Amazon gift cards. It doesn't take long to accumulate enough to order a free prize. And - it is fun for the whole family! :0) Have fun surfing! Tell me what you win! If you sign up with my link, leave a comment and after I verify it, I will pick someone to win something! Hum... any ideas? Maybe one of my handmade polymer crafts or keycharms. Bye!

Clerk willing to swear in court about no hospital birth record

The former Honolulu elections clerk who says President Obama was 'definitely' not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in the Aloha State says he's willing to testify in court to those facts.

'The things I've said, I don't mind testifying in court,' Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.

'I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors.'

The hottest book in America is the one that exposes the real Obama and all his men (and women)! Get your autographed copy only from WND!

Adams, a Hillary Clinton supporter who now teaches English at Western Kentucky University while he works on his master's degree, burst onto the scene last week in a WND story in which he asserted Obama was not born in Hawaii as the White House claims and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist there.

'There is no birth certificate,' he said. 'It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this.'

Copy of original long-form birth certificate of Susan Nordyke, born in Honolulu the day after Obama's reported birthdate. President Obama has never produced any document like this

'I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity,' Adams explained. 'I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].'

At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, says President Obama was 'definitely' not born in Hawaii, and a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not exist in the state.

'They told us, 'We don't have a birth certificate for him,'' he said. 'They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man's birth.'

To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation Obama was born at its facility.

Adams, 45, stressed, 'In my professional opinion, he definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.'

WND confirmed with Hawaiian officials that Adams was indeed working in their election offices during the last presidential election.

'His title was senior elections clerk in 2008,' said Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the city and county of Honolulu.

Adams oversaw a group of 50 to 60 employees and was responsible for verifying the identity of voters, especially absentee voters.

(Story continues below)

He now expects his former co-workers still working in the elections office to say little, if anything, about the non-existent birth certificate because they fear for their jobs.

'If you're working in the civil service and you say this, you're done,' Adams said. 'Don't expect to have a good career, especially since the governor is on the other side. Embarassing them is not good for your career.'

Gov. Linda Lingle, R-Hawaii

Last month, as WND reported, Hawaii's Republican Gov. Linda Lingle reignited Obama's origin on a New York radio show.

'It's been an odd situation,' Lingle said. 'This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it's one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country.

'So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that's just a fact and yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue and I think it's again a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this.'

Although the governor now claims she issued a news release stating Kapi'olani is Obama's birthplace, the actual release said no such thing, making no reference to Kapi'olani nor any other specific location of Obama's birth.

WND asked Adams about the governor's assertions about viewing a hospital-generated birth certificate from Hawaii.

'Then where is it? And why all the smoke and mirrors?' he responded. 'They could end the controversy by producing the document, and they never have. It doesn't exist.'

'Why would they say they've seen it and not produce it? I don't know,' he added. 'If they said they've seen the document, then why not produce the document? There's no need to put themselves out like that. I can't even begin to think why they did that except for some kind of political expediency. I'm too far down the totem pole [to know].'

While Adams, who noted he spent nearly 10 years in the islands and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii, says he's certain Obama was not born there, he also does think the president is indeed a U.S. citizen, since his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham was born an American.

He says he merely would like to see the truth come out and have the controversy over natural-born citizenship and presidential eligibility resolved once and for all.

'It's come to the point where it's a monster, and it's time to kill it,' Adams said. 'Solve the problem so that everyone can get back to cooperating to improve the country. People have lost sight that we're trying to make the country a better place.'

WND's original report about Adams' claims has already been made into a YouTube video, getting thousands of hits:

To date, President Obama has still not provided simple, incontrovertible proof of his exact birthplace. That information would be included on his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate which Obama has steadfastly refused to release amid a flurry of conflicting reports.

The White House has only proffered on the Internet a 'Certification of Live Birth' to assert he was born in Hawaii, but that document was available to children not born in Hawaii at the time of Obama's birth.

Many people remain unaware a child could be born somewhere else and still receive a Hawaii COLB. State law specifically allows 'an adult or the legal parents of a minor child' to apply to the health department and, upon unspecified proof, be given the birth document.

This short-form Certification of Live Birth image, which is not the same as a long-form, hospital-generated Certificate of Live Birth, was released by the Obama campaign June 2008.

'Anyone can get that [Certification of Live Birth],' said Adams. 'They are normally given if you give birth at home or while traveling overseas. We have a lot of Asian population [in Hawaii]. It's quite common for people to come back and get that.'

As WND reported last July, the Kapi'olani Medical Center trumpeted – then later concealed – a letter allegedly written by President Obama in which he ostensibly declares his birth at the facility.

A photograph taken by the Kapi'olani Medical Center for WND shows a letter allegedly written by President Obama on embossed White House stationery in which he declares the Honolulu hospital to be 'the place of my birth,' The hospital, after publicizing the letter then refusing to confirm it even existed, is now vouching for its authenticity, but not its content. The White House has yet to verify any aspect of the letter.

'As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters,' Obama purportedly wrote.

This excerpt from the alleged Obama letter is perhaps the first formal declaration from the president about his exact birthplace. The White House has still not confirmed if the letter or its contents are authentic.

But the authenticity of that letter remains in doubt. Since WND raised questions about the veracity of the letter itself and its content, the White House has refused to say if the message is real and if its text originated with the president.

Besides his actual birth documentation, documentation that remains concealed for Obama includes kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.

Tea Party Member Stuns Crowd!

Congressman Tom McClintock Tells Mexico To Butt Out

FOXNews.com - Publishing Company Under Fire for Putting Warning Label on Constitution

My Response:

Wilder publications claims today, they wish they would have a small fraction of the teaparty's strength to stand up for something honerable.

The readers warn Wilder publications that without instilling the values reflected in "its time", we might all end up as shallow and weak as you.

Time for a new reprint company immediately.

FOXNews.com - Publishing Company Under Fire for Putting Warning Label on Constitution: "A small publishing company is under fire after putting warning labels on copies of the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence and other historical documents.

Wilder Publications warns readers of its reprints of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, Common Sense, the Articles of Confederation, and the Federalist Papers, among others, that “This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today.”

The disclaimer goes on to tell parents that they 'might wish to discuss with their children how views on race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and interpersonal relations have changed since this book was written before allowing them to read this classic work.'

Walter Olson, senior fellow at the Cato Institute, says the company may be trying to ensure that oversensitive people don't pull its works off bookstore or library shelves.

'Any idea that’s 100 years old will probably offend someone or other,' Olson told FoxNews.com. '…But if there’s anything that you ought to be able to take at a first gulp for yourself and then ask your parents if you're wondering about this or that strange thing, it should be the founding documents of American history.'

The warning seems to be offending more people than the documents themselves.

Amazon.com’s customer reviews of Wilder’s copy of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Articles of Confederation show an overwhelming number of people speaking out against the disclaimer, describing it as “insulting,” “sickening” and “frankly, horrifying.”

Another review for Wilder’s edition of the Federalist Papers calls for an all-out boycott of the publisher, sarcastically pointing out the 'dangerous ideas' it’s trying to protect children from: 'limited government, checks and balances, constrained judicial review, dual sovereignty of states and federal government, and deliberative democracy.'

And though warning labels are usually posted to protect a company from potential lawsuits, constitutional attorney Noel Francisco says this disclaimer has no legal benefits.

'Would it ever be a legal concern that selling the Constitution would expose you to some kind of liability? No. Never,” Francisco told FoxNews.com. 'The Constitution is the founding document of the country, an operative legal document.'

As for the idea that this warning label might help keep these works from being yanked off bookshelves, Francisco says it is more likely to have the opposite effect: people not carrying the book because it has the disclaimer.

'By putting on the warning, you’re making controversial something that’s not controversial: our Constitution, our Declaration of Independence,' he said.

Amazon customers appear to agree. Almost all of the reviews discussing the disclaimer end with the same thought: don't buy from this publisher.

Efforts to reach the publisher were unsuccessful.

Twitter overloaded again today!

So - What is going on in twitter-land today that is overloading the system?

Twitter has been experiencing another day of high volume, forcing the "over capacity" whale error message to users.

Trends when I was able to get in were:

With the world experiencing so many tweetable events, I guess the electronic singing birdies just can't keep chirping.

Also, twitter has been discussing new rules with their API's and automated tweeting, could this have something to do with it? Maybe some code changes, or behavior changes have has unexpected results.

Twitter also is going to be using its own link shortening tool this summer, which you can read about here: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100609/ap_on_hi_te/us_tec_techbit_twitter_links_2

Either way, life in 140 characters has been paused as we know it... for what seems like forever in electronic time, but I am sure we will all be back tweeting shortly!

There are some interesting things here on my blog to do while you wait! lol Have a wonderful day! <3 @chromedaffodils
